Terms & Conditions

Kingsbridge care has a minimum charge of one hour for all visits. Our hourly rate is £30.   Additional charges may be incurred due to client location and time spent travelling.  Some visits may also incur a mileage charge of 0.45 pence per mile. Any additional charges will always be discussed and agreed with the client beforehand.  

Bank holiday rates are charged at time and a half with the exception of Christmas Day and Boxing Day which are charged at double.    If a client requires a temporary pause in our providing care, a retention fee will be charged at full rate for keeping their timeslots available.    

We do not ask our clients to sign a contract, but out of courtesy we ask to be given four weeks notice if you wish to cancel our services.
